To Sum Up…
Organ transplant and organ donation have helped and saved patients who suffer from life-threatening conditions. Before one receives an organ, various tests are carried out to make sure the donor is healthy and compatible with the recipient to avoid complications that can lead to a death of either the donor or recipient.
Celebrity lifestyle has largely contributed to organ failure resulting in a transplant need. This is a result of drugs and alcohol abuse. Healthy living which means, desisting from taking alcohol and drugs, eating right and medication contributes to a higher chance of recovery. Early treatment and detection can also help in recovery and reduce mortality.
